If you are staying with us at the 4 star Superior Ludinmühle Hotel & Spa on a half‑board basis, you can select your 6‑course menu from our half‑board menu.

Culinary delights from morning to evening

Our comprehensive range of gourmet delights, our heartfelt hospitality and our individual service will make your holiday in our 4 star Superior hotel & spa a truly indulgent experience. On our enhanced half‑board package you will be spoiled from morning to night:

  • 7.30 am – 11 am
    extensive breakfast buffet in the Schwarzwaldstube with freshly‑squeezed juices, fruits, yoghurt and quark, a range of fish, eggs, sparkling wine and much more
  • 7.30 am onwards
    poolside breakfast with oven‑fresh croissants and coffee in the Genießergärtchen
  • 1 pm – 5 pm
    afternoon vitality buffet in the Genießergärtchen with light savoury snacks and home‑made cakes
  • 6.00 pm onwards
    six‑course evening meal with a range of choices, partly served buffet‑style
    (if you elect not to take this option, you will be given a credit note in the amount of 20 Euros per person)
  • Flower arrangement and pralines in your room to welcome you
  • Welcome drink (for stays of more than 2 nights)
  • Fresh fruit in your room
  • Water from your minibar free of charge

Wild Herbs Cookery Course

At 14:30 we start with a wild herb hike. We will collect the wild herbs for our menu together and experience them with all our senses. Afterwards, we will get down to business in our gourmet kitchen. We will prepare your wild herb menu from the collected wild herbs and other high-quality ingredients. For overnight guests we charge 100,00 €, for external guests we charge 142,00 € including accompanying drinks. Minimum number of participants 6 persons.

Does it really always have to be meat? A large selection of great dishes without any meat or fish will not only tempt sworn vegetarians in front of the stove. In our meat-free cooking course, you'll get lots of tips on how to prepare delicious vegetarian dishes. At 3 p.m., you and the chef will set off on an exciting journey through the vegetable garden.
